Saidi will be able to go to school and play games

When he was 7 years old, he was returned to normal life with "Extra Cardiac Fanton" surgery performed by Prof. Dr. Öztekin Oto, a faculty member of the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery at the same hospital.

Prof. Dr. Oto, who was among the first doctors to perform this surgery, which started to be performed in Turkey 10 years ago, stated that with this operation, the right chamber of the heart was cancelled and only the left ventricle and left atrium were turned into a single chamber that pumps clean blood.

He will grow up with his brother

Hayrullah Aydın, a factory worker, and his wife Hafize Aydın thanked the doctors who helped Saidi regain his health and said, "We have two children. We will enrol Saidi in school next year. We are very happy that he can return to normal life like his peers and grow up with our 3-year-old daughter Elif Naz."
